  • Bank/payment account details (for payouts)
  • Service photos, price lists, and business description

B. Customer Information

When you use Groutine as a customer, we collect:

  • Appointment and booking history
  • Payment information (processed securely via third-party gateway)
  • Location data (for showing nearby salons)
  • Device and usage data (browser, OS, app version, etc.)

  • Verify vendor identity and business legitimacy

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateways. Groutine does not store your full card or UPI information on our servers.

Once you delete your account or request removal, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period.
